I've  stayed some hotels in front of the beach in Danang. Few of them can satisfy me and this one isn't an exception. 
The only strong point is the ocean view. Soundproof isn't good, elevators are very slow especially when there are many tour groups, they're loud.
Breakfast is average, the pool is so small, not many chairs to seat. The gym is also small, seems they try to get full of services to get 4 stars, but not one of them can really work, it's ridiculous. Not recommend it. 

I waffled between 3 and 4 stars for this hotel. The room itself was great with a nice ocean view. Staff were also great.
Negatives were two main things. Firstly location, it is a little out of the main area so cabs/grab to most places. Secondly, the breakfast was average and seems to host a lot of extremely loud tour groups which makes breakfast far from relaxing.
Still again, room and staff were nice.

Good hotel with a couple of issues

My family and I stayed at the Peninsula for 5 days. We love every single day here. My favourite relaxing times is at the  Peninsula Spa level 4. I had massage and hair wash. Thank you for top service and super friendly Ngoc, Dung, Hang and Thu. Definitely will come back here in my next trip. Highly recommended

Beautiful, Relaxing and top service

This is the third time my family has stayed here, and my cousin's family will be coming back soon. Luckily, I met a staff member today who looked after my family twice before I returned home. She remembered my name, which makes me delighted. I apologize, but I am unable to determine if the name is Ah or Am. However, I'm quite happy with the hotel service that includes breakfast to the personnel. My family always chooses the Peninsula Hotel for our upcoming vacation because of this.

Best hotel

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! It was by far the best of the three hotels we stayed in during our Asia trip. We arrived before check in time and pleaded for our room ASAP as we'd been travelling around 30 hours and were tired. Our luggage was looked after while the room was prepared and we went for a walk. The room was ready slightly ahead of check in time and the check in process smooth, with staff handling our cases right to the room. Unsure of why, but we were upgraded to a sea view room with balcony instead of a city view room. And afternoon tea was complimentary. The room and bathroom was spotless with everything we needed and serviced well every day (twice!). The bed was comfy and the air con good. Breakfast was of a good standard and truly international with lots of choice for Asian and Western tastes. The staff were a real credit to the hotel, polite and friendly and in some cases really keen to speak and improve their English. We loved our stay in Danang and were so pleased with our home for the week. Well done Peninsula Hotel and thank you.
