Everything was excellent. Location perfect to walk into town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food delicious. Pool was great and pool bar drinks/food great. Room had such charm and character. Loved it will definitely recommend and hopefully returni❤️🇻🇳

We went to breakfast on our first day at this gloriously appointed hotel, and were met by Aimee. Her service, smile and chuckle made us all laugh and feel so comfortable and welcome. The overall experience and atmosphere of the Little Riverside Boutique Hotel was incredible and we recommend it highly. Thank you.

Amazing Riverside Experience

Wonderful boutique hotel right on the river. Rooms are beautiful and the included breakfast was substantial with both varied western and Vietnamese offerings all of an extremely high standard. Location is great walking distance into the hustle of the old town but far enough away to be more quiet and relaxing. However the biggest draw card of this hotel is its staff. Everyone smiling, nothing too much trouble, helpful and friendly. Special mention to Aimee who was just a delight, so open and giving of her time and her customer service was second to none. She always welcomed us with a genuine smile and nothing was too much trouble, an assest for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will definitely be back.

Wonderful relaxing stay right on the riverside

What a wonderful hotel in a special city. We stayed here 4 nights as part of a tour of Vietnam. The hotel is clean, food is excellent, location is great, and the staff is amazing. One of us got pretty sick on the 2nd day and, when things were not getting better with rest and standard meds, we requested a doctor. The staff jumped into action, especially Rose the Front Desk Manager. We actually had a nurse and doctor come to our room from the nearby hospital, and the treatment was fantastic. The entire time, the staff was so helpful and caring - whether for the sick person or the other! They helped with everything we needed and went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. It made the visit even more special, which says a lot when someone falls so ill. Fortunately all is better and we are left with great memories of this hotel.

Best Staff Ever!

Excellent location, right on the river, in Hoi An, Vietnam.  Lovely rooms, excellent service, and outdoor dining along the river.  Easy to walk along the river path and explore the town. It also has a spa and a shuttle to the nearby beach.   Highly recommend this boutique hotel.
